Once you have checked stock availability, confirmed and submitted your order, it is deemed that you have read and understood the terms and conditions, as well as the associated costs of your purchases. When you click to make a purchase with us legal obligations arise and your right to refund of monies charged to your credit card or paid in any other way agreed by us, are limited by our terms & conditions.

Healthy Soul has carefully selected the shipping options to be applied to all purchases, that will enable our mission – Delivering the Good News (to you). All our efforts will be made to fulfil this mission, no matter what shipping option you choose. See Exclusions below.
There are three shipping options for you to choose from, as stipulated on the Checkout page:
- SA counter to counter – South African Post Office (SAPO)
- Courier delivered to a direct physical address outside of Cape Town (50 km from Major Centres)
- Courier delivered to a direct physical address in Cape Town (30 km from Cape Town CBD)
Shipping Option 1 – South African Post Office (SAPO)
This shipping option is the most cost effective to ship/deliver your order, most of the time. However, there are times that the SAPO is delayed and do not adhere to their delivery schedules. Healthy Soul cannot be held liable for the non-delivery of your purchase in these cases. If we become aware of any delays, for whatever reason, will inform you accordingly.

- Dependent on the rates quoted by SAPO and your shipping address. Please note that the shipping costs for this option can change at any time, if deemed necessary.
Healthy Soul is dedicated to appointing an efficient courier company and its in our interest to deliver your purchase to you within the specified delivery time. However, there are unfortunate times where issues do arise where your parcel may be delayed, feel free to contact us.

- National deliveries close to major centres not exceeding 50km: R65.00 *(additional charges may apply for outlying areas)*
- Cape town area only (within 30 km from Cape Town CBD: R50.00 *(additional charges may apply for outlying areas)*

If the total cost of your order is more than or equal to R350, excluding SAPO or courier charges, then you automatically qualify for free delivery.
Processing your order
Healthy Soul will commence processing your order and instructing either the SAPO or courier company as selected, only once proof of payment, together with confirmation of the funds being cleared in our bank account, for the full amount. Note that the account holder is Digital Pixels (PTY) Ltd, as Healthy Soul is a division thereof.
To avoid any delays, please ensure that your contact details, shipping address are accurate. Please use our correct banking details and your Order ID (eg. #4494) as the payment reference.
You will receive a Confirmation Of Order notification via email, that will contain all the details you captured. If you captured any incorrect information, please contact us on this same email address as soon as possible, as title and risk will pass to you once the order has left our premises.
Packages are occasionally returned to us as ‘undeliverable’, for various reasons. Should this occur, we will make contact with you to re-arrange delivery. You may be liable for additional shipping charges, depending on the reasons for your package being undeliverable, e.g. the wrong shipping address was captured upon Checkout.
If the delivery of your purchase cannot be made at all, then your money will be refunded to you, once assessed and as limited to our Terms and Conditions.
All our efforts will be made to fulfil our mission, no matter what shipping option you choose. However, Healthy Soul cannot be held liable for the non-delivery of your purchase, where we have fulfilled our obligation of instructing the applicable delivery service provider. We will, however, make every effort possible to us, to deliver your parcel to you.
If there are any delays or if, for whatever reason, the SAPO or courier cannot deliver your purchase to you, then we will keep you informed of the status of the delivery throughout the process.
If delivery of your purchase cannot be made at all, then your money will be refunded to you, once assessed and as limited to our Terms and Conditions.
