The Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 (“ECT Act”) entitles you to cancel your purchase within 7 days’ notice if the products you have purchased are not delivered within the agreed delivery period as specified in the Healthy Soul terms and conditions. The product(s) in question must be returned to PO BOX 23689 Claremont 7735 in their original state, including all labels. Proof of receipt/delivery will be required to request Returns.
Any such cancellation must be done by via email only. Once reviewed and agreed to only then will Healthy Soul refund you. Please note that this can take up to 5 – 7 working days to process.
We will cover 100% of the return delivery cost via the South African Post Office (SAPO), but not the courier costs. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days of receipt for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging, together with the proof of receipt/delivery.
If we supply the wrong product or if the product is in any way faulty or damaged, we will exchange it for the correct one once the product is inspected. If the replacement is not possible, we will refund your purchase price including delivery costs, once assessed and as limited to our Terms and Conditions.
Alternatively, you may choose another product on our store to the same value.
Should a price be reduced for items already being shipped (within 3 working days of the commencement of shipping), you may contact us and request a refund of the difference between the price you were charged and the reduced selling price, once assessed and as limited to our Terms and Conditions.
Please contact us within 7 working days of receipt of your order. Proof of receipt/delivery will be required to claim for any refund and once we have inspected the product(s) and confirm that it is in its original condition.
